Audiotodo AI - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Audiotodo AI! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Audiotodo AI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

Audiotodo AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions. This license is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscription Plans

Audiotodo AI offers subscription-based services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following plans:

• Basic Monthly: $9.99 per month
• Pro Monthly: $17.99 per month
• Basic Annual: $95.99 per year
• Pro Annual: $191.99 per year

3. Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you create, record, or upload using Audiotodo. By using the App, you agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

5. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available at https://audiotodo-46de0.web.app/privacy-and-policy/en/index.html, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Audiotodo AI or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audiotodo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. End-User License Agreement (EULA)
